The Journey: Seven accredited CPD online trainings from nervous system regulation to creative reconnection.

We will explore: radical wellbeing, global social witnessing, grief, forgiveness, crisis response, psychological first aid, and expressive practice.

You'll learn: How to prevent burnout, work ethically with collective trauma and grief, maintain boundaries, and sustain your capacity through regulation, self-care, and creative resilience.

The Art of Radical Wellbeing

Build Your Own Wellbeing—So You Can Hold Space for Theirs

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

  • Understand resilience and wellbeing practices you can use yourself—and share with clients

  • Create daily rhythms and boundaries that sustain you and model healthy capacity

  • Use heart coherence to find your own balance and guide others to find theirs

  • Design holistic wellbeing practices that prevent your burnout and support your clients' sustainability

The Art of Witnessing Our World

Stay Present To What’s Happening In The World So You Can Hold Space For Others

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

  • Understand the concept of global social witnessing and how it functions in contexts of collective trauma and crisis.

  • Apply embodied practices to stay present, witness, and find coherence and ground when encountering difficult or challenging news stories and global events.

  • Reflect on global collective narratives and their impact on themselves and the communities they serve.

  • Recognise the difference between ethical witnessing and overwhelm, dissociation, or secondary trauma, and develop practices to sustain presence.

The Art of Holding What Hurts

Loss, Bereavement and Grief – Supporting Others While Caring for Ourselves

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

  • Understand how grief shows up across different life stages

  • Feel more confident supporting complex grief experiences

  • Learn practical and creative tools for expression and meaning-making

  • Develop stronger self-awareness and wellbeing

  • Practise holding others safely and ethically.

The Art of Forgiveness

Understand Repair for Yourself—So You Can Hold It Safely for Others

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

Facilitated by Dr. Carolina Herbert

  • Understand forgiveness, reconciliation, and accountability—and how your nervous system holds it all

  • Use trauma-informed practices to support clients navigating unresolved injury and relational rupture

  • Recognise when forgiveness is premature or harmful—for yourself and those you work with

  • Develop self-forgiveness and internal repair practices within ethical boundaries

The Art of Heart-Centred Psychological First-Aid

Ground Yourself in Crisis—So You Can Ground And Support Others

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

  • Understand Psychological First Aid principles and when to use them in therapeutic work

  • Apply grounding and co-regulation practices to support others—while staying regulated yourself

  • Recognize ethical boundaries and scope of practice when working with acute distress

  • Reflect on your own responses to crisis material and sustain your capacity to hold it

The Art of Finding Your Heartsong

Find Your Own Voice—So You Can Help Others Find Theirs

A creative experiential workshop (6 hours)

Facilitated by Dr. Carolina Herbert

  • Understand sound and voice as regulatory tools—for yourself and your therapeutic work

  • Explore your own voice and discover your heartsong rooted in felt experience, not performance

  • Use simple songwriting and sound practices ethically in therapeutic contexts

  • Distinguish therapeutic sound work from music therapy and know when to refer

  • Reflect on cultural and ethical considerations when working with voice and song
